KC’s pop-up party nation returns for the 7th year of Boulevardia on Friday and Saturday in its new location on Grand Boulevard, and throughout Crown Center and Washington Square Park. The two-day urban street festival features a craft beer and food sampling experience, plus music from local, regional and national acts.
