KC Folkfest tops a vibrant A&E scene in Downtown this weekend


KC Folkfest – a free grassroots city festival celebrating the music, art, and poetry of Downtown Kansas City neighborhoods and beyond – is coming to Washington Square Park from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday.
