Downtown Kansas City is made of many unique neighborhoods.  From the historic River Market to the newly emerging Library District there is something for everyone in Downtown Kansas City.  The Downtown Council is committed to offering a wide mix of housing choices to all residents. Units of all types from lofts to condominiums both for rent and for sale, from market rate to affordable, are all adding to the mix to ensure that Downtown remains a diverse, eclectic neighborhood. The DTC works closely with the city and affordable and market rate housing developers to help ensure this mix is maintained.
