2011 Luncheon

This year the DTC will look to the future, focusing on our plans and strategies for attracting new businesses and residents to Downtown KC while retaining our unique creative businesses and cultural attractions.

The DTC is positioning Downtown KC as a center for entrepreneurs, with a focus on attracting growth companies and growing businesses that are already here.  We are working to encourage young people of the “Millennial Generation” (Gen Y:  16 to 33 in 2011) to center their lives in Downtown KC.
