The Downtown Council (DTC) is pleased to accept nominations for its 2013 Annual Downtown KC Awards which include the J. Philip Kirk, Jr. Award, given to one civic leader, and the Urban Hero Award, recognizing 4 individuals and organizations. Recognition will occur at the DTC Annual Luncheon in December. Nominations will be accepted through August 15, 2013.
